The study evaluated patient satisfaction after prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in Addis Ababa referral hospitals. Using a prospective cohort design, it found low perioperative complications and high satisfaction with care and surgical outcomes. Both TURP and TVP procedures were recommended for BPH patients. The research highlights the importance of assessing patient satisfaction in surgical outcomes and provides insights into patient experiences in Addis Ababa hospitals.
